Dan and Pat Eberly planted the Oasis of Tampa Bay in 2008 with a vision to see the Church established as a House of Prayer and Worship in the Tampa Bay region. In 2017, Dan passed on to Glory after being in ministry with Pat for more than 36 years. They have three adult children and four grandchildren.
Pat is now leading the ministry along with the help of a team. She is also the President of Victory Christian Schools, one of the oldest homeschooling organizations in the nation. Having been raised in a Christian home and saved at an early age, she has many rich experiences in the faith. This includes being a part of an interracial church her father pioneered in Atlanta during the 1960’s.
Dan grew up in a Christian home and was saved at age eleven and then had a genuine conversion at sixteen. He had a passion for studying the bible and worship. He graduated from Florida Beacon Bible College and Elim Bible Institute with academic honors, degrees in Bible and teacher training, as well as, a Bachelors of Theology. Dan traveled throughout Europe and India helping missionaries, teaching, and encouraging the work of the Lord.
